Shipping & Returns
1. Email Confirmation:
We will send an email to confirm your order after you have placed an order.
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process your purchase. (business days exclude Saturdays and Sundays).
3. Shipping confirmation
We will notify you through email once your order has been sent out, if a tracking number is provided by the courier, we will let you know as well.
We are not responsible for lost packages. Please check with your local customs office for lost packages.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept refunds and exchanges within 14 days of delivery date (according to tracking records).
Please email us first at firstname.lastname@example.org listing your order number and item you would like to return to support your request.
We will then send you the address of our mailbox for you to return the item.
Customers are responsible for additional shipping costs when returning items.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be brand new, unwashed, tags attached (if any), and odorless. It must also be in the original packaging.
Items excluded from returns include:
1. Orders using promo/discount codes that is 30% or higher.
There will be a 15% restocking fee. Because a lot goes into a return, a return fee helps our store with the costs incurred from receiving and processing the item back into inventory.
2. Sale items
3. White items or shades of white (including, but not limited to: ivory, cream, vanilla, etc.)
4. Orders placed during huge sale promotions
5. Accessories (ie. socks, bodychains, necklaces, bracelets, rings, belts, etc.)
6. Undergarments such as, but not limited to, bralettes, underwear, sticky bras (For sanitary purposes, we cannot accept these items)
Items will be inspected upon return and we reserve the right to deny a refund if they are deemed ineligible.
By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full shipping, return and exchange policy.
