Returns & Exchanges

Having buyer's remorse? Although we hate to admit it, sometimes this does happen. Don't worry, you can return or exchange your item within 14 days of purchase. However, all items must be returned in the condition in which it was shipped. This means that all jewelry must be unworn and in its original packaging. Please understand that fashion jewelry can be extremely fragile and care must be taken when handling your purchase. For this reason, PeppermintChic reserves the right to refuse any refund or exchange due to customer mishandling.
